Do I have to pay the full course fee upfront?
No. You have payment choices:
- Pay a deposit on enrolment, and the balance in two instalments (middle and end of training)
- Negotiate an instalment plan over 12 months
- Negotiate an instalment plan over 24 months (Please note: All fees must be paid before qualifications can be finalised)
I am unemployed, can I still do this course?
Yes, that’s not a problem. However sometimes we set workplace tasks for assessments, so we will adapt the standard process for you.
Where in Australia do you offer training?
We can train anywhere in Australia. Right now we only offer regular programs in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney – plus our Remote/Connect program allows you to participate from anywhere.

Could you tailor the program for our business needs?
Yes we can. We frequently deliver tailored programs for our clients – we have to work within the requirements of the qualification being delivered, but we have a lot of experience in delivering content in ways that make it relevant to particular business environments – ask us about our track record.
